Deadline to request housing is March 1st

New York City activists are available to host an out-of-town conference attendee in their home on Friday and Saturday night (only).

Please note:

• Smoking is not permitted in the homes of any of the hosts
• Independentvoting.org cannot assume liability for any injury to your person or property that occurs as a result of, or in the course of, your housing with any of our hosts.

If you are requesting housing with a host please fill out this form and return it no later than MARCH 1.

IMPORTANT:

You must be registered for the conference before we can address your request for housing with a host. We will notify you when we have received your request and will give you detailed information about where you will be staying about ten days prior to the conference.

Should your plans change please let us know immediately so we can assign your place to someone else.
